These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of The SOS App ("the App"), operated by The Drone Wave LLC, doing business as Scintilla Dev ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Purpose of the App

The SOS App is a supplementary personal safety tool designed to help users share their location with trusted contacts. It is NOT a replacement for emergency services. In any life‑threatening situation, you must call your local emergency number immediately.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required in your region) to use the App.

3. User Account

To use certain features, you may need to create an account using email and password, Google Sign‑In, or other supported authentication providers.

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and be responsible for all activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree that:

• You are solely responsible for your own safety
• You will not rely exclusively on the App during emergencies
• You will maintain a charged, functioning device
• You will ensure your emergency contacts and family members consent to receiving alerts and location data
• You will comply with all applicable laws

5. Technology Limitations

The App depends on GPS, mobile networks, device sensors, and third‑party services. These may fail, be inaccurate, or become unavailable without notice.

The App may not function properly due to:

• Weak or unavailable GPS signal
• No mobile or internet connectivity
• Battery depletion or device shutdown
• Operating system restrictions
• Hardware or software malfunctions
• Third‑party outages (Firebase, Supabase, Mapbox, etc.)

We do not guarantee continuous or error‑free operation.

6. No Emergency Service

The App does not contact emergency services and cannot guarantee that your contacts will receive alerts. You must always call emergency services directly when in danger.

7. Consent to Share Location

By using the App, you authorize us to collect your real‑time GPS location when SOS tracking or family sharing is active, transmit your location to your selected contacts, and store location history as required for App functionality.

You are responsible for ensuring your contacts consent to receiving your information.

8. Family Connections

Adding a family member requires mutual consent. Either party may remove the connection at any time, which immediately stops location sharing.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
• Stalk, harass, or improperly track others
• Misuse location‑sharing features
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or disrupt the App
• Impersonate others or provide false information

10. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and features of the App are owned by The Drone Wave LLC or its licensors.

11. "AS IS" Disclaimer

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy of GPS data
• Delivery of alerts
• Continuous availability
• Security of transmissions
• Compatibility with all devices

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Drone Wave LLC is not liable for:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Failure to deliver alerts
• Inaccurate or delayed location data
• Device or battery failure
• Service interruptions
• Any harm resulting from reliance on the App

Your use of the App is at your own risk.

13. Third‑Party Services

The App relies on third‑party providers such as Supabase, Firebase, Mapbox, and Google Sign‑In. We are not responsible for their performance or availability.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.

The Hunter App is a hunting companion tool designed to help hunters navigate public hunting lands, track hunting sessions via GPS, log harvests, check weather conditions, and access hunting season regulations. It includes an emergency SOS feature for safety in remote areas.

The App is NOT a replacement for official hunting regulations. You must always verify season dates, bag limits, and legal requirements with your state's wildlife agency (e.g., TPWD for Texas) before hunting. Hunting regulations displayed in the App are provided for informational purposes only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required in your region) to use the App. You must hold all required licenses and permits to hunt in your jurisdiction.

3. User Account

To use certain features, you must create an account using email and password, Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign-In.

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and be responsible for all activity under your account.

4. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree that:

• You are solely responsible for your own safety while hunting
• You will not rely exclusively on the App for navigation — always carry backup navigation tools
• You will verify all hunting regulations with official sources before hunting
• You will maintain a charged, functioning device when using GPS tracking
• You will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local hunting laws
• You hold all necessary hunting licenses and permits
• You will ensure your emergency contacts consent to receiving SOS alerts

5. Technology Limitations

The App depends on GPS, mobile networks, device sensors, and third-party services. These may fail, be inaccurate, or become unavailable — especially in remote hunting areas with limited connectivity.

• GPS accuracy may be reduced in dense forest, canyons, or adverse weather
• Offline map data may not reflect recent changes to roads or boundaries
• Weather forecasts are estimates and may not reflect actual conditions
• Hunting season data is updated periodically and may not reflect the latest regulation changes
• SOS alerts require internet connectivity to be delivered
• Background GPS tracking consumes battery

6. Hunting Regulations Disclaimer

Hunting season dates, bag limits, weapon restrictions, and regulations displayed in the App are provided for informational purposes only. This data is sourced from official state publications (e.g., TPWD Public Hunting Lands booklet) but may contain errors, omissions, or be outdated.

You are legally responsible for knowing and following the hunting regulations in your area. Always verify with your state wildlife agency before hunting. We are not liable for any fines, penalties, or legal consequences resulting from reliance on data displayed in the App.

7. Consent to Collect Data

By using the App, you authorize us to:

• Collect your GPS location during active hunting sessions (foreground and background)
• Store your hunting tracks, waypoints, and harvest logs
• Access your camera and photo library for harvest photos and profile pictures
• Send push notifications for weather alerts and hunting conditions
• Show your presence (area ID only) on public hunting lands to display hunter density

You can disable location tracking, notifications, and camera access at any time through your device settings.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose, including poaching or hunting without required licenses
• Upload false harvest data or manipulate hunting records
• Upload photos containing nudity, violence, graphic content, or any material that violates our content guidelines
• Use the App to locate, stalk, or harass other hunters
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or disrupt the App
• Impersonate others or provide false account information
• Misuse the SOS feature for non-emergency purposes
• Abuse the report or block features to harass other users

8.1 Content Moderation

All photos and content submitted to public interest points are subject to moderation review before becoming visible to other users. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our guidelines without notice. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.

8.2 Reporting & Blocking

Users may report inappropriate content or block other users at any time. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team. Blocking a user hides their public content from your view and prevents interaction.

9. Intellectual Property

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Drone Wave LLC is not liable for:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Injuries, accidents, or fatalities occurring during hunting activities
• Fines or penalties resulting from reliance on hunting regulation data in the App
• Failure to deliver SOS alerts
• Inaccurate GPS data, maps, or navigation
• Device or battery failure during hunting sessions
• Any harm resulting from reliance on the App

Your use of the App is at your own risk. Hunting is an inherently dangerous activity.

12. Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party providers such as Supabase, Firebase, Mapbox, Open-Meteo, and Google Sign-In. We are not responsible for their performance or availability.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.

1. Purpose of the App

GPS Ghost is a GPS emulation and route simulation tool designed for testing and development purposes only. It is not intended for any use that requires an accurate, real GPS signal.

2. Permitted Use

GPS Ghost may be used for testing location-based apps, academic research, technical education, personal experimentation, and any lawful purpose where the relevant apps or platforms permit simulated GPS data.

3. Prohibited Use

GPS Ghost must NOT be used to spoof your location in apps, platforms, games, or services that prohibit or do not authorize the use of mock or simulated GPS locations. You agree not to use the App to cheat in games or apps, circumvent geographic restrictions, deceive any person or system, commit fraud, or violate the Terms of Use of any third-party service.

4. User Responsibility

You are solely and entirely responsible for how you use GPS Ghost. Any consequences, penalties, bans, or legal actions arising from your use of the App are your sole responsibility.

5. "AS IS" Disclaimer

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the App will function on all devices, be accepted by any third-party app, or remain available.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Drone Wave LLC is not liable for any damages, penalties, bans, legal consequences, or other harm arising from your use or misuse of GPS Ghost. Your use of the App is entirely at your own risk.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
