GPS Ghost

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GPS Ghost ("the App"), operated by The Drone Wave LLC, doing business as Scintilla Dev ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Purpose of the App

GPS Ghost is a GPS emulation and route simulation tool designed for testing and development purposes only. It is intended to help developers, testers, and technically oriented users simulate GPS locations and movement without physically traveling to those locations.

Common legitimate uses include testing location-based features in apps you develop, verifying map behavior, simulating routes for QA purposes, and academic or technical exploration of GPS behavior.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using GPS Ghost, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. You also represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Permitted Use

GPS Ghost may be used for:

• Testing and development of location-based applications
• Academic research and technical education
• Personal experimentation and learning
• Any other lawful purpose where the relevant apps, platforms, and services explicitly allow or do not prohibit the use of simulated GPS data

4. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Cheat in location-based games or applications (e.g., by faking your position to gain in-game advantages)
• Circumvent regional or geographic restrictions imposed by third-party services
• Deceive, defraud, or mislead any person, organization, or system
• Commit fraud, identity misrepresentation, or any illegal act
• Violate the Terms of Use of any third-party app or platform
• Engage in any activity that is illegal under applicable local, state, national, or international law

5. User Responsibility

You are solely and entirely responsible for how you use GPS Ghost. We provide the App as a tool; we have no ability to monitor, control, or limit how it is used on your device.

By using the App, you agree that:

• You have verified that your intended use is permitted by any relevant third-party apps or platforms
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Any consequences, penalties, bans, or legal actions arising from your use of the App are your sole responsibility
• We bear no liability whatsoever for the results of how you choose to use the App

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and features of the App are owned by The Drone Wave LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the App without our express written permission.

7. "AS IS" Disclaimer

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The App will function correctly on all devices or Android versions
• The simulated GPS data will be accepted by any particular app or system
• The App will be free of bugs or interruptions
• The App will remain available or be updated

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Drone Wave LLC is not liable for:

• Any damages, penalties, bans, or legal consequences arising from your use of the App
• Any actions taken by third-party apps or platforms as a result of your use of GPS Ghost
• Direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind
• Loss of data, revenue, opportunities, or any other loss resulting from use of the App

Your use of GPS Ghost is entirely at your own risk.

9. Third-Party Services

The App uses Mapbox for map rendering. Mapbox operates under its own terms of service and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of Mapbox or any other third-party service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted in the App or on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
