1. For Testing Purposes Only
GPS Ghost is a GPS emulation tool intended strictly for testing, development, and educational purposes. It allows users to simulate a GPS location or movement route on their Android device without physically traveling to those locations.
The App is not designed, intended, or authorized to be used for any purpose that requires a genuine, accurate GPS signal — including navigation, emergency services, or any safety-critical function.
2. No Authorization to Violate Third-Party Terms
We do not authorize, encourage, or condone the use of GPS Ghost in any app, game, platform, or service that prohibits the use of mock, simulated, or spoofed GPS locations.
Using GPS Ghost in violation of a third party's Terms of Use is entirely your decision and your responsibility. This includes but is not limited to:
- Location-based games that prohibit GPS spoofing
- Delivery, rideshare, or gig economy apps that require an accurate GPS position
- Financial or identity verification systems that use location as a signal
- Any app or platform that explicitly forbids simulated or mock location data
Before using GPS Ghost with any app, you are responsible for reading and complying with that app's Terms of Use.
3. No Guarantee of Compatibility
We do not guarantee that GPS Ghost will work with any specific app, platform, or Android device. GPS emulation behavior depends on Android system settings, device manufacturer restrictions, and the target app's own detection mechanisms. We have no control over any of these factors.
4. No Liability for Misuse
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Drone Wave LLC is not responsible for any consequences arising from how you choose to use GPS Ghost. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Account bans, suspensions, or penalties imposed by third-party apps or platforms
- Financial losses, missed earnings, or forfeited rewards
- Legal actions, fines, or penalties arising from the misuse of GPS emulation
- Any harm to yourself or others resulting from reliance on a simulated GPS signal
- Any other direct, indirect, or consequential damage resulting from use of the App
You use GPS Ghost entirely at your own risk. We are a tool provider, not a participant in how that tool is used.
5. No Professional Advice
GPS Ghost does not provide legal advice, navigation guidance, or any professional service. Do not rely on simulated GPS data for any real-world decision that requires an accurate location.
6. Acceptance
By using the App, you acknowledge that you:
- Understand the App is for testing and development purposes only
- Accept full responsibility for how you use the App
- Will not use the App in violation of any third-party app's Terms of Use
- Agree that The Drone Wave LLC bears no liability for your use or misuse of GPS Ghost
