The App depends on GPS, mobile networks, internet connectivity, device sensors, battery level, and third‑party services (Supabase, Firebase, Mapbox). Because of these dependencies, the App may:

• Fail to send alerts
• Send alerts late
• Provide inaccurate or outdated location data
• Stop working due to device or network issues
• Be unavailable during outages

We do not guarantee continuous, accurate, or reliable operation.

3. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Your personal safety
• Ensuring your device is charged and functioning
• Ensuring your contacts have consented to receive alerts
• Using the App appropriately and legally

The App is a supplementary tool, not a primary safety system.

4. No Liability for Missed Alerts or Inaccurate Data

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Drone Wave LLC is not responsible for:

• Missed, delayed, or undelivered alerts
• Incorrect or outdated GPS location
• Device, battery, or network failures
• Harm, injury, or loss resulting from reliance on the App
• Actions or inactions of your emergency contacts or family members

5. Third‑Party Dependencies

The App relies on third‑party services for:

• Database and authentication (Supabase)
• Push notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging)
• Map rendering (Mapbox)
• Country detection (ipapi.co)

We do not control or guarantee the availability or performance of these services.

6. No Professional Advice

The App does not provide medical advice, legal advice, emergency response services, or professional rescue services.

7. Acceptance

By using the App, you acknowledge that you:

• Understand the App's limitations

The Hunter App is a hunting companion tool that provides hunting area maps, season dates, bag limits, weapon restrictions, weather forecasts, and GPS tracking. All hunting regulation data is provided for informational purposes only.

The App is not a substitute for official state wildlife agency publications. You must always verify hunting regulations with your state's wildlife agency (e.g., Texas Parks & Wildlife Department) before hunting.

The App includes an emergency SOS feature, but it is not a replacement for calling emergency services. In any life-threatening situation, call your local emergency number immediately.

2. No Guarantee of Performance

The App depends on GPS, mobile networks, internet connectivity, device sensors, battery level, and third-party services. Because of these dependencies, the App may:

• Display inaccurate or outdated hunting season dates, bag limits, or regulations
• Provide inaccurate GPS location or trail data
• Display incorrect hunting area boundaries
• Provide inaccurate weather forecasts
• Fail to send SOS alerts or push notifications
• Stop working in remote areas without connectivity
• Consume battery rapidly during GPS tracking sessions

We do not guarantee continuous, accurate, or reliable operation.

3. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Your personal safety while hunting
• Verifying all hunting regulations with official sources before hunting
• Carrying all required hunting licenses and permits
• Carrying backup navigation tools (compass, paper maps)
• Ensuring your device is charged and functioning
• Following all applicable federal, state, and local hunting laws
• Ensuring your emergency contacts consent to receiving SOS alerts

The App is a supplementary tool, not a primary source for hunting regulations or navigation.

4. No Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Drone Wave LLC is not responsible for:

• Injuries, accidents, or fatalities occurring during hunting activities
• Fines, penalties, or legal consequences resulting from reliance on hunting regulation data displayed in the App
• Inaccurate GPS data, maps, trails, or hunting area boundaries
• Inaccurate weather forecasts or hunting condition scores
• Missed, delayed, or undelivered SOS alerts
• Device, battery, or network failures in remote areas
• Lost hunting tracks or harvest log data
• Any harm resulting from reliance on the App

Hunting is an inherently dangerous activity. Your use of the App is entirely at your own risk.

5. Third-Party Dependencies

The App relies on third-party services for:

• Database, authentication, and file storage (Supabase)
• Push notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging)
• Map rendering, offline maps, and 3D terrain (Mapbox)

GPS Ghost is a GPS emulation tool intended strictly for testing, development, and educational purposes. It is not intended for any use that requires a genuine, accurate GPS signal — including navigation, emergency services, or any safety-critical function.

2. No Authorization to Violate Third-Party Terms

We do not authorize, encourage, or condone the use of GPS Ghost in any app, game, platform, or service that prohibits the use of mock, simulated, or spoofed GPS locations. Using GPS Ghost in violation of a third party's Terms of Use is entirely your decision and your responsibility.

3. No Liability for Misuse

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Drone Wave LLC is not responsible for any consequences arising from how you choose to use GPS Ghost, including account bans, financial losses, legal actions, fines, or any other harm. You use GPS Ghost entirely at your own risk.
