This Safety Disclaimer ("Disclaimer") applies to your use of The SOS App ("the App"), operated by The Drone Wave LLC, doing business as Scintilla Dev ("we," "us," or "our").

By using the App, you acknowledge and agree to the statements below.

1. Not a Replacement for Emergency Services

The SOS App is not a substitute for calling emergency services (such as 911). In any dangerous or life‑threatening situation, you must contact emergency services directly.

2. No Guarantee of Performance

The App depends on GPS, mobile networks, internet connectivity, device sensors, battery level, and third‑party services (Supabase, Firebase, Mapbox). Because of these dependencies, the App may:

• Fail to send alerts
• Send alerts late
• Provide inaccurate or outdated location data
• Stop working due to device or network issues
• Be unavailable during outages

We do not guarantee continuous, accurate, or reliable operation.

3. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Your personal safety
• Ensuring your device is charged and functioning
• Ensuring your contacts have consented to receive alerts
• Using the App appropriately and legally

The App is a supplementary tool, not a primary safety system.

4. No Liability for Missed Alerts or Inaccurate Data

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Drone Wave LLC is not responsible for:

• Missed, delayed, or undelivered alerts
• Incorrect or outdated GPS location
• Device, battery, or network failures
• Harm, injury, or loss resulting from reliance on the App
• Actions or inactions of your emergency contacts or family members

5. Third‑Party Dependencies

The App relies on third‑party services for:

• Database and authentication (Supabase)
• Push notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging)
• Map rendering (Mapbox)
• Country detection (ipapi.co)

We do not control or guarantee the availability or performance of these services.

6. No Professional Advice

The App does not provide medical advice, legal advice, emergency response services, or professional rescue services.

7. Acceptance

By using the App, you acknowledge that you:

• Understand the App's limitations
• Accept the risks associated with using the App
• Agree not to rely solely on the App for safety or emergency response

1. Intended Purpose & Scope

GPS Ghost is a developer and QA testing tool designed for simulating GPS coordinates on Android devices. It leverages Android's built-in Developer Options mock location provider to allow developers, testers, and QA professionals to set mock locations, create test routes, and simulate device movement — for the purpose of testing location-based applications, validating geofencing logic, debugging region-specific features, and verifying map integrations.

GPS Ghost is not a navigation app and should not be used for actual driving directions or real-world navigation.

GPS Ghost is intended exclusively for legitimate software development, quality assurance, and educational purposes. The App is not designed, intended, or authorized for use in any fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity. Any use of the App outside its stated intended purpose is strictly at the user's own risk and responsibility, and may violate applicable laws and/or the terms of service of third-party platforms.

2. No Guarantee of Performance

The App depends on device capabilities, GPS hardware, and third-party services (Mapbox). Because of these dependencies, the App may:

• Produce inaccurate or unrealistic mocked routes
• Fail to mock GPS location on certain devices
• Be affected by OS-level restrictions on GPS mocking
• Be unavailable if third-party services experience outages

We do not guarantee continuous, accurate, or reliable operation.

3. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring your use of the App is limited to its intended purpose as a development and testing tool
• How you use GPS simulation features and all consequences arising from that use
• Ensuring your use complies with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations
• Ensuring your use does not violate the terms of service of any third-party platform or service
• Any account suspensions, bans, or penalties imposed by third-party services

Any use of the App for purposes other than software development, QA testing, or education is expressly outside the intended scope of the App and is undertaken entirely at the user's own risk. The Drone Wave LLC expressly disclaims any responsibility for misuse of the App.

4. No Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Drone Wave LLC is not responsible for:

• Any consequences of using GPS simulation features on your device
• Third-party account suspensions, bans, or penalties of any kind
• Inaccurate or incomplete simulated routes
• Device malfunctions or software conflicts
• Any loss, damage, or harm resulting from use of the App
• Any misuse of the App outside its intended purpose as a development and testing tool
• Any legal consequences arising from the user's misuse of the App

5. Third-Party Dependencies

The App relies on third-party services for:

• Map rendering and route calculation (Mapbox)
• Subscription management (RevenueCat)

We do not control or guarantee the availability or performance of these services.

6. Acceptance

By using the App, you acknowledge that you:

• Understand the App is a development and QA testing tool, not intended for fraudulent or deceptive use
• Accept all risks associated with your use of GPS simulation features
• Will use the App only for its intended purposes: software development, testing, and education
• Will not hold The Drone Wave LLC responsible for any consequences arising from your use or misuse of the App
• Agree to indemnify The Drone Wave LLC against any claims arising from your misuse of the App
